How long does it take to receive the parcel?
It’s case by case though, normally it takes within 1 week around after dispatching.
It may delay if the custom office in your country suspend it.
When the parcels are dispatched?
Normally the parcels are dispatched within several business days after you place order, and we can’t ship any items on Saturday, Sunday and National holidays.
I want to ship to Japan address though I live in other countries.
It costs 10% consumption tax additionally, please noted.
Who should pay for the customs fee?
Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please check what fees are applied for you to receive an international purchase in your country. Note that we will not cover any customs fees, in addition it is not possible to return goods via DHL, so if the customer refuses to pay the customs fees applied, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my order? Is there a fee?
We can accept the order cancellation order if your purchase has not yet been shipped or processed, but there is a 3.9% refund fee if cancellation is requested. Please place your order only after making sure you have chosen the items you really want to buy.
